Sidi is a senior human resources and organizational advisory professional with more than 40 years of experience in public companies, industrial groups, and institutional environments. He has built a solid career in human resources management, organizational consulting, and quality system auditing, with deep expertise in complex and regulated environments. Since 2024, he has been a Senior Advisor at MAUREX, where he advises organizations on human capital strategy, organizational structuring, internal regulations, and compliance with labor and social legislation. Before joining MAUREX, Sidi held senior positions within major public and industrial organizations, including the SNIM Group, where he served as Human Resources Director, Quality System Auditor, and Advisor to General Management. Earlier in his career, he worked as Head of HR & Training at the Nouadhibou Oil Refinery and as a Labor Inspector, giving him a unique and practical understanding of labor law, administration, and regulatory frameworks.
